We sell preparation: diagnosis, working sessions, and ongoing advisory. We do not sell introductions, meetings, or access to any retailer, and no engagement is priced or promised on a retail outcome.

We are not employed by, endorsed by, or speaking for any retailer. Nothing on this site is a communication from any retail buying office.

When work surfaces a gap the table cannot fill — a co-packer, a compliance lab, a broker — we may name outside capabilities. Today those referrals are uncompensated. If that ever changes for a specific referral, you will be told in writing before you engage them.

Every count and every claim on this site is either derived from this site’s own materials or stated as a bounded description of the practice. Client names, case studies, and testimonials appear only with written permission and verifiable substance behind them — which is why, today, you see none.
